Terms & Conditions
Plain language, no surprises. Here's what you can expect when working with us, and what we expect in return.
By contacting us or allowing us to perform work on your property, you agree to the terms on this page. We've written them to be fair and straightforward.
Fair to both parties
01. Our Services
We provide kitchen appliance installation, cabinet modifications, and full remodeling coordination throughout Mississippi, including Pearl, Jackson, Brandon, and surrounding areas. Our work includes everything from old appliance removal and utility coordination to post-installation testing and a final client walkthrough.
Work outside our primary service area may be available on a case-by-case basis with an added travel fee. We'll always tell you upfront before you commit to anything.
02. Estimates & Pricing
Every kitchen is different, so we provide a detailed written estimate after your consultation. Our estimates account for your appliance specs, cabinet layout, utility access, and project scope. Final costs may vary if unexpected conditions arise or if the scope changes during the project.
Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued and are not a binding contract until a formal service agreement is signed by both parties.
03. Payment
Your payment schedule will be outlined in your service agreement. Our standard structure is a deposit at signing, a progress payment at the midpoint, and the final balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, ACH bank transfer, and major credit or debit cards.
Invoices unpaid after 15 days may incur a late fee. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered. We reserve the right to pause work on projects where payment obligations are not being met, and we'll always communicate with you before taking that step.
04. Scheduling & Project Changes
Please have the work area cleared and a responsible adult (18+) present on your scheduled date. If you need to adjust the scope of work after we've started, let us know in writing; email is fine. We'll provide a written change order with any cost or timeline updates before proceeding. Verbal change requests are not binding on either party.
05. Warranty
We warranty our labor and workmanship for one year from the date of project completion. Appliance manufacturer warranties apply separately, and we'll assist with any claims during the first 30 days at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by others after we've completed our work.
06. Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with 72 or more hours' notice may be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee equal to the service call rate. If we need to reschedule due to circumstances on our end, weather, illness, or otherwise, no fee will be charged to you.
07. Liability
We carry general liability insurance and will work with you and our insurer to address any damage caused directly by our team. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects in your cabinetry, plumbing, or electrical systems; damage from appliances you supplied; or work performed by other contractors on the same project.
08. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, we'll pursue mediation before any legal proceedings. Legal action, if necessary, will be filed in the appropriate courts of Rankin or Hinds County, Mississippi. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms stay fully in effect.
